I've put my Iphone7 to repair at a certified dealer in Lisbon, Portugal and I've asked for an original LCD replacement.
The colours are completely different and also there is a gap while scrolling.
Is this normal?
I was charged 197€ for this service.
Any advice?

Only Apple Stores or Authorized Service Provider can have original spare parts from Apple.
That being said, take it back to the "certified dealer" and show them your problem. They should be able to remedy any malfunctions.
