iPad Pro keyboard not working

My 10.5 IPad Pro keyboard only working intermittently. And i keep getting a “accessory not supported” message

Clean the smart connectors and make sure the case isn't misaligned or slightly bent. If the three smart connectors are not perfectly aligned, it doesn't connect. If you can't get it working consistently, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to them.
