Plug the iPhone into power for a half-hour or more and using a charger and cable that’s known to work and try that charger and cable with a different iPhone or iPad to confirm it’s working, and see if that reanimates this iPhone. If not, then this is probably a hardware problem and time to contact Apple Support, visit the local Apple Store, or visit your preferred hardware provider.
