I just put all my phones on the "Do Not Call list" as I've been receiving this scam call a dozen times a day. I hope that Apple can do something about this because the scam wouldn't continue if it didn't work (and innocent people will experience identity theft). This is especially true of older people who are accustomed to getting phone calls on landlines from banks and other businesses they trust (like Apple).
