Can’t airplay since ios 12.3 update

I updated to iOS 12.3 and now I can’t airplay from any app to our latest gen Apple TV. It’s sits there spinning and then says “can’t connect.”

I’ve tried restarting both my phone and the appleTV. My husband can still AirPlay - he has not updated his iOS software.

Many ideas?

By the way, I AirPlay just fine from my iOS 12.3 iPhone to my Apple TV.

I checked for an update and it says that it is up to date.
