Slideshow stability issue in Photos

I recently upgraded to Photos from iPhoto. In iPhoto I could create a slideshow using the Origami or other theme and change the photo order to arrange each page the way I wanted it. In Photos, the theme software insists on reordering the photos every time. I cannot keep it stable. What am I missing?
