Adding Music from Apple Music to iTunes library failure

Hi, I was wondering if someone could please help as I use iTunes for work as a fitness instructor. A problem just started occurring where I add a tune to my Music Library a blank box appears with the loading icon spinning but nothing ever loads. I have space on my hard drive, I haven't changed any settings and cannot understand what its trying to load or do.


Greatly appreciate any help with this.

There seems to be a current issue in both Mac & Windows where there should be new terms and conditions presented for you to agree to, but the dialog doesn't fully load. Try performing the same operation on an iOS device and it should work. Others have had success after rebooting their Mac into safe mode, but it didn't work for me.
