Unsyncing iPad
I am trying to unsync my iPad completely from my phone and add a different phone to it.

The Sync is done through the Apple ID that is signed in to iCloud.
If you need to unsync it from one iPhone, log out of the Apple ID in Settings->Account(top of Settings)->Sign Out(bottom of screen), and then sign in with the Apple ID that is being used on the other iPhone.
