Apple Watch Locked

Start with Apple support document If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support. If you cant remember enough about the forgotten ID you will not be able to retrieve the account and unlock the watch.

Probably the same ID and password you used to login here and post your message. Most users only have a single Apple ID, unless like me you need to have separate accounts for personal and work phones.
