I transferred money from my Apple Pay money to my bank and I still haven’t received it. It’s been over 8 hours.

If you used instant transfer then you need to contact the bank and ask them where your money is. If you use the regular method, it can take from 1-3 business days. Transfer money from Apple Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
