my iPhone 6 can’t be repaired it’s 128gb, my old iPhone 5s it 16gb or 32gb. can I take the SIM card out of the 6 and put it in the 5 and have the 128gb and will it work

You can move the SIM card unless the iPhone 5s is locked to a different carrier, but doing so won't transfer the 128GB or any of the data stored in it.
