How do I set up Outlook on Mac for email when I click on an email address?

I use both Mac Mail and Outlook on my iMac, the latter for business. When I'm in Salesforce and click on an email link to send an email I would like it to generate in Outlook, not Mac Mail.

Is this possible, or am I stuck with a single default mail system for all email generated by clicking on an email link on my iMac?

If you open up the Mail app you can go to Mail menu > Preferences > General tab and chance your default mail client.
