Start and End Markers?
These start and end markers have randomly appeared in my project, in a compound clip... How do I get rid of them, please? Or move them to the very start and end

That’s NOT the project. That’s inside the compound clip. The markers indicate the section that’s used in the project. Go to the project. You’ll see that section of the compound in the project.
