How do you remove yourself are someone else from the list
iPad 2, iOS 9
Grab the organizer's device. Go to Settings > Profile >(Apple ID, iCloud) > Family Sharing > Click on your name > Leave family sharing.
You can also do it on your device by doing the same exact thing.
