Syncing mp4 imports with all devices

I have a couple mp4 movies I have put on my MacBook, I was wondering if someone could tell me how I can access them on my iPhone or Apple TV like my other digital copies from iTunes/MoviesAnywhere?

You can sync content in your library to your device. There is no equivalent to iTunes Match for video content.

Where to find mp4 videos uploaded from laptop? Hey I have some movies on my laptop and was trying to transfer them over to my iPhone it says they have been copied on but I cannot find them anywhere. Anyone can help? Thanks
