My MacBook Pro will not turn on unless plugged into the charger, and turns off immediately after being unplugged. When plugged in, it says it’s at 100% charge. Not sure what the issue is or how to fix it. Appreciate any help, thanks!

It does sound like a bad battery, but if the battery status is "normal" or "good", then run the Apple Hardware Test. Also try an SMC reset.

Sounds like the battery is bad. If you hold down the Option key and select the battery status menu, what does it say for the condition.
Alternatively, hold down the Option key and select System Information from the Apple menu.
Click on Power to show more battery details.
