Restore contacts from iCloud
I've lost all my contacts on my iPhone XR. I believe I have them backed up in iCloud. How can I restore them on my phone?

Yes it was. It was a more complicated issue than I thought, involving my old iPhone, new iPhone, and iCloud. I spent two hours on the phone with Apple Support and they were able to get them restored. I can't say enough good things about Scott in Apple Support. Thank You!
