My iPad 4 model cannot install app updates anymore.
It has iOS 10.3.3. This is a new issue. Can I do something to continue installing updates?

What app updates aren't you getting any longer.
I have an iPad Pro still running iOS 10.3.3 and I get app updates daily and regularly from third party app developers.
