This is what you need to do about a stolen device, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
Apple does not get involved in tracking stolen phones. Also, posting all of that personal information is not a good idea on a worldwide public forum. I'm asking the hosts to edit it out.
If you cannot track it with Find My iPhone, there is nothing Apple or anyone here can do.
