Strange behavior when mouse over region...

As per title, i'm working on a song and i can't move regions anymore.

As soon as i move the mouse cursor over the region, it automatically goes into "rename mode" and i can only click to rename the region, but i can't click to select/drag it...

Any idea on what's causing this?
