Numbers & Pages not uploading into iCloud

None of my Numbers or Pages files will upload to iCloud. Message says Waiting to Upload at bottom of all files.

The upload elapsed time is variable based on network conditions between you and the iCloud servers. If you are attempting to save quite large Pages or Numbers file to iCloud, the first sentence is amplified. If you reboot your Mac, does the problem persist with Pages and Numbers?
