Instagram notification problem

So I have my notifications on for Instagram on the app and on the Notification Center but I don’t get any notifications. Can you help me?

WhatsApp, Snapchat, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Photos, YouTube and LinkedIn are not Apple product. Contact the App developer for any issue on these from the link below against each app.
