Can i move a title anywhere?

You can't move the position of the title on the screen, but you can make a transparency of the title, using the Preview app on your Mac, and insert it in any position you want with the Picture in Picture feature of iMovie.

So, if you started with the title at the bottom like this:

You could move the title to the upper right hand corner like this:

I don't know of any way to change the position of a title icon in the interface display.
