Macbook gets uncomfortably hot

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there was a conclusion regarding the macbook pro 2018 overheating problem. Mine is also only 3 months old and I keep it in a cool room on a laptop holder, no dust, not in a corner and when I use programs like photoshop it gets reeeeally hot pretty fast (less than 1 hour). I'd say uncomfortable if I were typing on it (but I use a separate monitor and keyboard).

Did anyone figure out a solution?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /touchbar is this ?

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

for thermal management.
