Change iTunes country with active subscriptions

According to the rules of iTunes, you can change the country / region only at the end of all subscriptions. However, if you go to the itunes Ru site and try to open the movie, you will be transferred to the iTunes application, where you will be offered to change the country to Russia. I changed my country from Ukraine to the USA. In order to download applications and listen to music in Apple Music, you need to change the country back to Ukraine, but I can’t get it back in the settings because of the subscription, and from Itunes it offers to change only to Russia. Help. What should I do?

What country did you have set up when you took out the subscriptions?

When creating, I chose the country of Ukraine. I wouldn’t have bothered if the Apple Music subscription would last a week. But I paid it yesterday. and waiting a month without all the services is not very comfortable.

When I turn to the page to support gives error 403

There have been server errors returning 403 lately. Try again or use the form in the first link I posted.
