Hi!
I’ve got a problem with my Apple Watch 2. My crown is not functioning. In order to get it working the apple store told me it has to be replaced. I did not yet replace it.
The problem I now face is that I’m in waterlock mode but can’t get out. I tried rebooting the watch by pressing the digital crown and side button together but this didn’t help. I’m still in waterlock-mode.
Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks for you reply. My problem however isn’t that I cannot get into the waterlock-mode, but I can’t get out of it! I can’t get out of it because my digital crown isnt working.
Maybe you have a solution for that as well? Thanks for your quick reply anyways!

If you put your watch on your charging cable it automatically stops the waterlocking-mode. This helped me, without needing a backup of my watch!

Swipe up on your watch face to expose the Control Panel and tap on the Icon that looks like a Water Drop.
You are going to have to get the watch fixed. If the digital crown is broken, it's broken and you can't get out of this.
You will need unpair and repair your Watch. This will start afresh. You can use a previous backup or just do it as new.
