iMessage and facetime

I changed a phone number on my iPhone. But in settings of iMessage and FaceTime the number is still old, not my new one. That’s why I can’t use these apps. How can I change number?

Have you changed the number at the link below? Then sign out of Messages/FaceTime, restart the phone, and sign into Messages/FaceTime.
