Usual iCloud password doesn't work

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with my iCloud password. The same password I normally use doesn't work in the App Store on the new MacBook I bought. However, that same password works fine for logging in from any other device. I've tried copying and pasting the password, and it still fails. I've also already restored the MacBook to factory settings, but it's still doing the same thing.
