Persistent washed-out color issue on iPhone 13 Pro Max since iOS 26

Since updating to iOS 18 and

iOS 26, my iPhone 13 Pro Max shows noticeably washed-out colors, especially in red, green, and blue tones.

The color calibration (gamma or Display P3 profile) seems off, as images and videos appear colder and less saturated compared to other Apple devices.

I have already tried:

– Clean installation (without restoring backups)

– Disabling True Tone, Night Shift, and auto-brightness

– Adjusting accessibility and color filters

None of these steps fixed the issue. This affects photos, video playback, and editing apps.

Please consider reviewing the gamma or color profile calibration in future versions iOS 26, especially for iPhone 13 Pro Max (A2484).
