Hello, kind regards, and thank you for joining the Apple support community in Spanish.
I'm very sorry about what's happening with your MacBook, which is just over two months after the limited warranty expired. I suggest you go to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. They can analyze what's happening and determine that there was no damage. After the review, I suggest you contact Apple support, indicating your dissatisfaction with the failure and that this happened shortly after the warranty expired. I'm almost certain Apple will do everything in its power to help a great customer. You can contact Apple support using Soporte de Apple
Please let us know how this process is going and if you have any further questions.

My recommendation and first step was to take it to an Apple service provider or Apple Store for a review to determine the fault, then contact support to file a complaint about the fault and see if they can provide better help, knowing the status and problem presented. You should determine said status and problem and leave it on record where it can be reviewed. Try under these considerations.
I contacted apple support, and they just told me there’s nothing they can do because the warranty is expired. And if I want to mail to them so they can take a look I have to pay €640.
