From what you tell us, you are having trouble unlocking your Mac.
According to the image you show us, you are trying to recover your Mac password and apparently you had FileVault enabled. However, I am sorry to tell you that it is virtually impossible to recover the contents of the disk without your password, since FileVault is the only recovery method available to unlock the disk.
FileVault encryption is XTS-AES-128 with a 256-bit key, which makes it very difficult to decrypt as it is one of the most secure encryption systems available, therefore, it is practically impossible to decrypt the disk through attacks as it would require very sophisticated equipment and a lot of time.

Por lo que nos comentas, estas teniendo problemas para desbloquear tu Mac.
Según la imagen que nos muestras, estas intentando recuperar la contraseña de tu Mac y al parecer tenias FileVault activado. Sin embargo, siento decirte que es prácticamente imposible recuperar el contenido del disco sin tu contraseña, ya que al no haber configurado ningún método de recuperación es el único disponible para desbloquear el disco.
La encriptación de FileVault es XTS-AES-128 con una clave de 256 bits, lo que lo hace muy difícil de descifrar al ser uno de los sistemas de encriptación más seguros que existen, por ello, es prácticamente imposible descifrar el disco mediante ataques ya que se necesitarían equipos muy sofisticados y mucho tiempo.
