How do I stop frequent logouts and fix the red screen on Apple streaming app?

Trust Apple to make help for the streaming app impossible to find.

I have two problems.

The POS app is logging me out every five **** minutes and I want it to stop. I don't want to have to log in every time I want to watch something.
Except I can't watch anything anyway. The **** screen is red. A big red rectangle. That's it. I can hear what is going on but I can't see it.
