Apple TV 4k (2nd gen) not showing my library

Apple TV 4k (2nd gen) not showing my library. My library shows up on my PC. It shows up on my android phone. It shows up on my Vizio smart TV. It shows up on my iPad and it shows up on my Roku.

Believe me when I say that I have done all of the troubleshooting signing out signing back in resetting the device and starting from scratch, etc.

I did technical support for Time Warner cable\Spectrum for 10 years and for Apple two years before that.

My conclusion so far is that this points to the Apple TV app on the Apple TV 4K device possibly some kind of syncing issue.

Apple technical support can’t explain it any more than I can.
