FaceTime Audio on outgoing calls when I don’t want it

FaceTime Audio on default for FaceTime and Phone apps

whenever I would make a call, it would go through FaceTime audio and I did not want that. so I changed the default settings to cellular on both apps is that correct? What will happen if it’s under cellular? I have the latest iOS and I have a 16 Pro.
