Apple TV timing out and locking up

Apple TV iOS 26 debacle. Now my Apple TV times out when the screensaver is running for a minute or two. I checked the settings. I get the ‘black screen of death’. Then i have to power down and reboot the device. Can you say windows….

Really starting to annoy me apple. iOS 26 across all the platforms is terrible with all these little bugs.
