Disappearing playlists, can I recover them?

Okay so, this has taken me so long to actually do this but here goes... in the beginning of the summer 25 I lost my apple music subscription however I got it once again 2 months later but when I tried to use one of my playlists again all of the songs disappeared. A lot of them are still in my liked songs but I don't remember which playlist they belong to, and it's hard since all of my playlists have disappeared except the one of my songs I paid for years ago. So... is there anything I can do? And before anyone suggests to sync libraries they already are, and my phone's backup is connected to a family cloud so not much room yk, especially since none of it is mine.
