I need to remove hundreds of Classical Music playlists

I have a Windows Desktop system.

For some unknown reason, my Apple Music playlist section has hundreds of "Classical Music" playlist files. Over the years, the number of playlists kept multiplying.

There are too many files to delete individually, I've deleted hundreds. If I can find the source file, I would delete it.

Also, next to the playlist names there are miniature "settings" icons instead of the normal playlist icon.

How can I resolve this issue?
