How do Prevent remote access prompt in home app?

For privacy reasons, I want two logical ‘locations’ at my physical home location so as to give different access privileges.

The second location is not to have remote access. I have created the second location and associated the various accessories which seem to be working fine.

However, every time I switch to the second location, I keep seeing a wizard prompt about remote access (do not want!) and the need to have a hub for remote access (marketing up-sell). I can see all the accessories associated with this second location … I just want to stop the constant up-sell prompt as if a location is not complete without remote access and a hub!

BTW. This forum seems to be slowly ‘analysing’ content before insisting on a device … the answer to the device is most apple devices! Not a single device. I do not know how ‘buried’ my question will be because of this required device decision. Please advise on how to proceed effectively with this question. The same is true of the second question, where there is no ‘home’ app category so I have to isolate a single os!
