iPhone 17 pro refuses to connect to AirPods Pro 2

Airpods pro 2 won’t connect to IPhone 17 pro.

I recently upgraded from the 14 pro to the 17 pro, and Now my AirPods simply won’t connect. I have tried everything, resetting, resetting network settings, even setting the 17 pro up as a new iPhone and several chats to support with no help whatsoever. What is really annoying is that the 17 will connect to beats headphones and even older versions of AirPods, but not my pros, that I use daily so it’s extremely frustrating.

Additionally, the AirPods Pro work just fine on all over Apple devices I own and I have had diagnostics run on both the iPhone and AirPods and it shows up ok.

I am completely lost and very angry with this as it’s a brand new phone and I cannot use a very simple accessory that I use Daily.
