An Application/Program that works properly between IPhone and Windows 11

Is there an application that works with Iphone and Windows 11?

I click on a song to play, and it plays a different song. Does this in playlist also. Itunes way out of touch as seems Apple and Microsoft still hate each other.

The app Apple Devices on Windows 11 does nothing except sync. It cannot list songs, movie, nothing. And when you sync, you get duplicate songs, eating up space on iphone, and there is no way throught Apple Music to delete duplicate songs as there is no menu bar on Apple Music in Win 11.

So is there a relief application that works between iphone and windows 11? Is the only relief to get an Apple Computer or an Android Phone?
