Apple Music Dolby Atmos Dell Latitude 5590 - will it work?

Apple Music Dolby Atmos Dell Latitude 5590

Im really confused what I will get, even have problems to understand Dell specification.

Im going to buy AV receiver with dolby atmos and speakers for 5.1.2 setup. Will it play ok, or not dolby atmos music from Apple Music. Should I follow bellow instructions, buy special hdmi cable, take care of special features of AV receiver, or what. Already have dolby access app.

Windows 24H2 no longer includes the Dolby AC-3 decoder.
