Open Settings > General > About - scan down and it should tell you who its locked to.

Did you purchase a used iPhone, which is Carrier Locked? Please note that ONLY the carrier a phone is locked to can remove a lock. And if you're not their customer, they have little obligation to remove the lock or they may require you pay off any remaining balance owed on the phone's contract.

Thank you, first I want to know how to check who is the career. As my son bought it and came to know later it’s sim locked and don’t know who is the career.

Can your son return the phone for refund? You may not be able to get the phone unlocked by the carrier, which means it may not be able to be used for the most basic of cellphone functions, which is to make and receive phone calls.

Although it has not yet been mentioned, frequently in situations like this, the buyer learns too late that they have actually purchased stolen merchandise.

That is why the users who are trying to help here have advised that the phone should be returned for a refund.

If the seller has "disappeared", you can be assured that the phone has been reported as stolen, and it will be useless to you and your son.

can’t Apple tell me which career to my phone is sim locked?

No, they can't. How would Apple know which of hundreds of possible carriers a phone might be connected with? At the present time, the phone is not connected to a carrier at all, so tracking is not possible.

Remember......Apple is not a carrier. They make the hardware, but they have nothing to do with which carrier a user might choose. Carrier choice is up to the user.

I'm sorry, but if you can't return the phone for a refund, you and your son have unfortunately learned a hard lesson about the dangers of buying a used phone.

If the seller has "disappeared", the usual reason for this is that the phone was stolen and you very likely are in possession of stolen merchandise. Best to turn the phone over to the police or drop the phone off at the recycle center.

It’s very strange no one is answering a basic question that how to know which network has locked my sim? It’s not showing on the phone and we don’t know as we bought a used one and can’t return.

You NEVER said the carrier isn't showing on the phone. How are we to guess that? I provided one way to check. You can contact Apple, but I'm not sure they'll know who the carrier is who locked the phone.

Another issue to be concerned about is that often people sell used iPhones, which are carrier locked, then report to the carrier the phone was stolen and the carrier blacklists the phone, meaning it can NEVER be used with ANY carrier ever again. This is a common thing. I wrote a user tip about the issues buying used devices, which mentions this --> The All Too Common SAD Reality of Buying … - Apple Community

Otherwise, we can't help you. This is a user to user only forum. We know nothing about the phone your son bought. The simple fact is your son bought a carrier locked phone. I'll be very very surprised if the carrier lock can be removed easily. The easiest thing to do would be to return the phone for refund, if the phone can be returned. But if you can't and whoever the carrier turns out to be is unwilling for any number of reasons to unlock the phone, your son is the proud owner of an iPhone which cannot be used.
