Adapting Old Sound Systems to be available to Connect through Airplay

How can I play music from my MacBook on older equipment (Bose Sound Wave is discontinuing its app) that is not bluetooth equipped. Can anyone recommend an adapter than can plug into--1) the Bose SoundWave, 2) an old stereo system to make them available through air play?
