I am a person living with visual impairment. It was very helpful to me for Siri to announce the name of the person I am calling when she put the call the through, but now that feature has been disabled after the iOS 18 update. Can this please be brought back? Can Siri also be enabled to play WhatsApp audio messages and help to record an audio message as well. This will be very beneficial for people living with visual impairments.

No, it is not disabled.
It's not always the iOS update's fault! Many things can cause phone problems. If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.
