iPad/iPhone: Emailed photos show as ? after update

Hello everyone happy Friday night to everyone to everyone in California. If you are on the East Coast happy Saturday morning to you guys. I just wanna let everybody know that I just did the software update on the iPad and my iPhone and I’m having technical issues already with the new software update anytime I have pictures and I’m sending to sending it through email in the picture does not come up it come up as a square with the? Now if I take a picture of it and I click on the picture and I can send in the formal email that seems to be working, but I am reporting this as a technical issue to let everybody know now if anybody else is having the same problem, thank you very much.
