iPadOS 26.2: Network tab and Safari/Music display bugs

im on ipad os 26.2 and found these bugs on iPad

1. Network tab showing in on wifi only iPad and in the control center and the settings while searching but not clickable
2. When downloading something from safari its in square same for Apple Music Mixing it shows square box
