Airpods working extremely bad when using Messages on Macbook

MacBook Air M3 (2022), macOS 26.1

Airpods 4 ANC updated to last firmware (already did all the procedure to 'reset' and 'update' them)

When I record a vocal message on iMessage, this first seconds are very disturbed.

Also after 1 minute and half it stops recording and if I try to record again, it start from 1:30 (but of course is just a graphical problem, as the previous message is lost forever!)

When I listen to a vocal message on iMessage, if I scroll messages, switch app, or do whatever, it stops for a second and then start again but with lower volume.

Terrible experience.

Of course this does not happens with any other application, massaging app, etc.

No noise Listening Mode set on Airpods.

Solutions? (apart from stopping using iMessage)

I don't understand how using 100% apple products, the result is so bad compared to using third party hardware/software.
