I would like to stop getting cloud messages. I bought a phone with 1TB and i don't need to save in the cloud. I want everything saved to my phone. How can i stop the cloud function on my phone?

Two levels of doing this:
Sign out of iCloud on your devices - Apple Support
That will basically disable iCloud entirely, including some services that one might consider pretty fundamental to the usage and security of a device.
Alternatively there's:
Change which apps sync and store data with iCloud - Apple Support - "You can also turn off iCloud completely."
Which lets you turn off individual services you may not want.
