I bought an Airpods Max from Apple Amsterdam in October and i was waiting for my tax free, but unfortunately i just recieved a message telling me that Apple hasn't responded to my tax free and cannot be refunded. Did anyone experience a similar situation? The taxfree firm is Vatfree.com, which i always use without any problems.

Apple does NOT handle the VAT reimbursement themselves unless it’s through Global Blue or Planet.
Vatfree.com always requires Apple’s manual verification.
Ask vatfree.com what specific document Apple rejected
Call Apple Amsterdam to escalate the verification
Resubmit the export stamp if unclear
Apply through the Dutch tax authority if needed

The problem may be with the refund company you use. When I go to https://www.vatfree.com/where-to-shop-tax-free
and search for Apple Store Amsterdam, it is listed as: "Uncooperative store - These stores have indicated they don’t want to refund VAT or that they only refund VAT via a specific route."
I cannot find any information about what "Apple’s manual verification" means, and by past behavior it is unlikely that the person who posted that will post again to this discussion. Given the likely dearth of additional information from that source, you may wish to have a look at this discussions and links therein.
