Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally difficult to bypass.
We can’t help, and — absent convincing proof — Apple won’t.
You’ll either need to unlock it with your Apple Account and password, or provide sufficiently-convincing proof of ownership to Apple.

A seven year old iPad is roughly the iPad 5th gen, which is supported with iPadOS 16 and not later. That’ll run many apps, but those apps requiring the three most recent versions will not work here. Your photo however shows an iPad 2nd gen A1396, which is far older, having been purchased some thirteen years ago, and forever limited to iOS 9. Basically nothing will work with it, no third-party apps will load, and it’s below the iCloud supported minimums.
